I partner with brands to define who they are, what matters most, and how to grow in a way that feels true to them.
With a strategist’s mind and a storyteller’s heart, I help teams, founders, and businesses move forward with clarity, momentum, and meaning behind every step.

I work where clarity and creativity meet, helping teams move from scattered to strategic, and from great ideas to execution that delivers. Whether you’re starting something new or growing what already works, I bring the structure, insight, and empathy to guide it forward.
I help define your brand’s foundation, audience, and message, then shape strategies that bring clarity, fuel growth, and create momentum that leads to results.
From ideas to impact. I shape storytelling, campaigns, and creative direction that bring your brand to life, blending insight with emotional intelligence guided by strategy.
Creative systems with soul. From workflows to team structure, I help build systems that actually work, support your people, and keep the work moving without burning anyone out.
I didn’t come from the bright lights of the big city. I grew up on a farm in Mississippi, hauling hay, and somehow found my way into boardrooms and advertising agencies in New York City. My path hasn’t been straight, but it’s always been mine.
Today, I bring that same grit and grace to every brand I touch. Strategy meets soul. Hustle meets heart.
I don’t just help brands find their voice, I help them own it.
Here is a short reel of the brands I’ve helped shape.
Client: NYC Department of Health
Project: Help Me Quit
While leading strategy and operations at Bandujo, I saw an opportunity to shift NYC’s anti-smoking work from shame to support. Instead of another awareness push, I pitched a complete platform based on the insights that distracting yourself for 3-5 minutes is a highly effective way to let the urge to smoke pass. The app offered community, encouragement, and tools to help New Yorkers quit smoking.
The NYC Department of Health and the Mayor’s Office backed the idea. What began as an app
idea became a multi-year effort: a 12-month awareness campaign with two quarterly rollouts designed to drive app downloads and support lasting behavior change for people across the city.
As the project lead, I guided every part of the work, including creative strategy, creative direction, UX/UI, development, campaign planning, and vendor relationships. It was complex, collaborative, rewarding, and it remains one of the projects I’m most proud of.

As the project lead, I managed every aspect—creative strategy, app UX and visual design, campaign planning, execution, and vendor relationships. It was complex, cross-functional, and deeply human. And it's still one of the projects I’m most proud of.

Branding, marketing, design, creative thinking, technology, leadership, and personal growth—this is where I share honest insights and subjective opinions. No fluff. Just thoughtful takes and stories that matter—well, at least to me.
